How clients see the payment process

When your customer wants to pay for goods with cryptocurrency, we initiate the process that makes it possible. This is what it looks like: 

 Successful payment scenario 

It all begins on your website. First your client adds goods to cart and press the “Pay” button.

Then they see an invoice details form that contains information about address and the payment amount.

Then your client makes the payment and waits for 2 Blockchain network confirmations.

When they have 2 confirmations, the payment process is complete and your client can go back to your site.

On this stage the payment process is completed successfully. 

 

Underpayment scenario

It all begins on your website. First your client adds goods to cart and press the “Pay” button.

Then they see an invoice details form that contains information about address and the payment amount.

Client makes the payment but we do not receive the sufficient sum and inform them about it.

When your client sends us the remaining amount, we wait for the Blockchain network confirmation.

When there are 2 confirmations, the payment process is complete and your client can go back to your site. 

On this stage the payment process is completed successfully.
