Winna Review 2026: Crypto Casino, Bets and Bonus Guide
Winna is a crypto casino and sportsbook that skips the usual welcome bonus and pays rakeback on every bet instead. People look it up for two reasons. The rakeback model sounds generous. And nobody is quite sure yet whether a young platform with an unusual license is a safe place to park crypto.
This review covers both sides. You'll find who runs Winna.com, how its licensing and KYC work, what the game library and sportsbook look like, how deposits and withdrawals are handled, and what the VIP ladder actually pays. We also look at the complaints, because a fair picture needs them.
What Is Winna and Who Is Behind Winna.com?
The site went live in mid-2024. Casino on one side, sportsbook on the other, crypto everywhere. Forget bank wires and card forms; you bring coins and you leave with coins (hopefully more of them).
Paul Martens is the CEO, and he co-founded it. The launch press release mentions offices in Costa Rica and in Switzerland, which is an odd pairing but not unusual in this business. It also brags that a few of the VIP hosts used to work the floor at MGM in Las Vegas. Then, that December, came the money: a $15 million seed round, picked up first by Crunchbase. Who wrote the checks? Nobody said.
| Detail | What is known |
|---|---|
| Launch | Mid-2024 |
| Operator | GG Gaming, registered in San José, Costa Rica |
| CEO and co-founder | Paul Martens |
| Funding | $15 million seed round (investors undisclosed) |
| License | Tobique Gaming Commission, Canada |
| Products | Online casino, sportsbook, in-house originals |
| Payments | Crypto only (plus gift cards for deposits) |
Take the big numbers with some salt, by the way. "More than 10,000 active players" right after launch, a 1% house edge on the in-house games. I don't doubt they're close. I just haven't seen anyone outside the company check them.
Is Winna Safe? Licensing, KYC and Account Security
Most crypto casino brands grab a Curaçao or Anjouan license and call it a day. Winna went to Canada instead. Its paperwork comes from the Tobique Gaming Commission, which the Tobique First Nation runs out of New Brunswick. Casino, sports, lotteries, all on one license. Click the seal in the footer and you land on the regulator's own register, which I appreciated.
Is the TGC stricter than Curaçao? Fans of the platform say yes. Maybe. My problem is simpler: almost nobody knows how this regulator handles a dispute, so it's hard to say what it's worth to you when something goes wrong.
KYC is lighter than at a European-licensed site. "No KYC," though? Not quite:
- Sign-up: email plus username and password, or just log in with Google or Telegram. No ID yet.
- Profile: before any deposit or cashout, you fill in name, address, birth date, phone.
- Document checks: first withdrawal, a big one, or anything flagged can trigger a request for photo ID and a utility bill. Players say it's usually sorted within 72 hours.
- Account security: 2FA via an authenticator app, a session list showing IP and location, and a button to kick out other devices.
Where can't you play? The US, UK, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Ontario and a pile more. Try from there and a geo-block pops up, then the account goes withdrawal-only. Your balance stays yours, which is more than some rivals offer. Local law is still your problem, not theirs.
Winna Casino Games: Slots, Originals and Live Dealers
For a site this new, the lobby is huge. Pretty much every casino game category you can name is there, and the slot count bounces around between 4,500 and 5,000 depending on when you look, from 80-plus studios. Add live tables, game shows, and a shelf of house-made stuff.
Winna Originals and provably fair play
The originals are where Winna does its own thing. Plinko, Mines, Dice, Limbo, Keno, HiLo, Blackjack, and some newer odd ones like Coin Climber. Pick a multiplier, hit play, done. Each casino game here takes a few seconds a round.
These titles are provably fair.
What does that mean for you? Before you bet, the site shows a scrambled fingerprint (a hash) of its secret seed. You add your own seed. There's a round counter too, the nonce. Mix the three and you get the result. Afterwards the secret seed gets revealed, you run it through the same hash, and if the fingerprints match, the house didn't swap anything mid-round. I tried the built-in checker on a few Plinko drops. Took maybe a minute, no code.
Slots and providers
Slot studios are the usual crowd: Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming. Gripe? No RTP filter. You have to open each game's info panel to see its return-to-player, which gets old fast when you're browsing hundreds of them.
Live casino, table games and game shows
Evolution runs most of the live dealer rooms. Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and the big shows like Crazy Time and Monopoly Big Baller. You'll also find RNG table games and some video poker. Real poker, though? No poker room, no bingo. If that's your casino game of choice, look somewhere else.

Sports Betting on Winna: Markets and Live Bets
Same login, same wallet. Win on a slot, drop it on a UFC card ten seconds later. The company claims coverage of 10,000+ events in more than 100 tournaments, and from scrolling through it, that sounds about right.
The main betting markets include:
- American leagues: NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL
- Combat sports, with heavy UFC coverage
- Football, including the Premier League and other top European leagues
- Tennis, cricket and basketball outside the US
- More than 15 eSports titles
- Prediction markets on non-sports events
In-play is there for most of the big fixtures. Bets settle in whatever coin you funded with, so nothing gets converted along the way.
Don't expect a first-bet promo. You won't get one. The only free bet is a monthly one, and it doesn't kick in until Gold on the VIP program. So, for a weekend bettor, this is a plain sportsbook. Fine odds, no sweeteners.
Payment Methods: Crypto Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
You can't pay with a card here. Or a bank. Or Skrill. The single workaround is a Kinguin gift card: you buy it with a card or PayPal elsewhere, then redeem it as a deposit. Cashing out that way? Not possible.
| Cryptocurrency | Supported networks |
|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum |
| Tether (USDT) | ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, Solana |
| USD Coin (USDC) | ERC-20, BEP-20, Solana |
| Solana (SOL) | Solana |
| Litecoin, BNB, TRON, Dogecoin, XRP, TON, DAI, SHFL | Native or listed networks |
A buck gets you in. That's the minimum deposit, give or take, in any coin.
Cashing out starts at $10 or $20, coin depending. Regular accounts max out at $10,000 a day. Big players can ask their VIP host to lift that. Payouts are pitched as near-instant once approved. "Once approved" is doing some work in that sentence, because flagged or larger withdrawals do get held.
How to make a deposit on Winna
- Log in, hit Wallet up top.
- Click Deposit, pick your coin.
- Pick the network. Don't rush this: USDT on TRC-20 and USDT on ERC-20 get different addresses.
- Copy the address, or scan the QR with your wallet.
- Send it. Once the blockchain confirms, your balance shows up on its own.
Here's how people actually lose money at Winna: wrong network. Send USDT over a chain the site doesn't support and it may just be gone. Check twice.
How withdrawals work
Same Wallet menu, other tab. Pick a coin, paste your address, match the network, confirm with 2FA if you've turned it on. You'll pay the network fee, and a second or third payout in one day can cost a bit extra. One more rule people miss: deposits need a 1x turnover before they're withdrawable.
Winna Bonus, Rakeback and the VIP Program
This is where Winna breaks from the usual script. No welcome bonus, no deposit match, no promo code. Rakeback starts with your very first bet, a slice of the house edge handed back. You can grab it about every seven minutes. It lands in crypto, and nothing is attached to it, no wagering, no strings.
The marketing says "up to 60%". Sure, at the very top. A new account starts on a much smaller flat rate and grinds up from there.
Six tiers in the VIP program, five levels in each, so 30 rungs. You climb by betting volume, nothing else.
| Tier | Approximate wager to enter | Key perks |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $1,000 | Instant rakeback, chat access |
| Silver | $20,000 | Rain drops, monthly bonuses |
| Gold | $100,000 | Weekly free spins, sportsbook free bet every 30 days |
| Platinum | $500,000 | Reloads, lossback on request |
| Diamond | $3 million | Personal VIP host, higher limits |
| Nebula | $100 million | Full perk set, custom rewards |
Lossback shows up at Platinum. Up to 25% of net losses back, but you have to ask, and someone reviews each case by hand. Already a whale somewhere else? Send proof and they may match your status.
Then there's the side stuff. Daily and weekly Races (biggest wagerer wins), Challenges where you chase a set multiplier, and Rain, which sprinkles a little crypto into the chat every half hour. These rules shift a lot. Read the current version before you chase anything.
Customer Support, Mobile App and User Experience
Live chat runs 24/7. There's also email ([email protected]), Telegram, and a help center that answers the boring questions. Chat replies come fast, in my experience and in most reviews. VIP hosts are another story. A few players say serious disputes sat unanswered for days, so high rollers should keep screenshots of everything.
No app. Not on iOS, not on Android. The mobile site is good enough that I didn't miss one: there's a bottom bar for Casino, Sports, VIP and Chat, and you can pin it to your home screen.
English only, which will bother some people. The responsible gambling bits live under "Winna Cares": deposit and loss limits, a short self-test, and self-exclusion. Careful with that last one. You set it up through support, and once it starts, you can't undo it.

Winna Review Verdict: Pros, Cons and Complaints
Our Winna review lands on a trade-off. Regular players get paid back steadily. In return, you're trusting a young brand and a regulator most people have never heard of.
Pros
- Rakeback from the first bet, with no wagering strings
- Large game library from top studios, plus provably fair originals
- Casino and sportsbook on one balance
- 13 cryptocurrencies across several networks, with a $1 minimum deposit
- Withdrawal-only mode instead of confiscation for geo-blocked accounts
Cons
- No welcome bonus for players who want an upfront boost
- Tobique license is lesser known than mainstream regulators
- $10,000 daily withdrawal cap for standard accounts
- Crypto-only, with no card or bank withdrawals
- No native mobile app and English-only interface
Trustpilot ratings sit around 3 out of 5 across several hundred reviews. Positive reviews mention fast support and quick payouts. Negative ones describe withdrawals held for verification, disputes over level-up bonuses and claims that games feel unfair. Winna replies to many of these publicly.
If you try it, start small, test a withdrawal early and complete your profile before you need to cash out.
Why Crypto Payments Power Casinos Like Winna
Ask anyone who has tried to run a gambling site on Visa. The processor slaps a high-risk label on you, takes a fat cut, and a month later some guy calls his bank and the money walks back out. Crypto skips all of it. Minutes to clear, no bank to reverse it, and a kid in Brazil pays exactly like a retiree in Finland.
That's the whole reason a crypto casino can pay rakeback every seven minutes. Try that with card settlement. Funny thing is, a T-shirt shop shipping to 40 countries wants the same stuff: lower fees, cash in hand sooner, fewer refund fights. And with USDT or USDC you're not betting on the price of bitcoin either, so the old "too volatile" excuse kind of died.
The hard part is plumbing. Wallets, confirmations, a dozen chains that each behave a bit differently. Most teams don't want to build that, and they shouldn't have to. If you sell online, whether it's a store, a SaaS tool or digital goods, and you'd like to take Bitcoin or USDT without writing all that yourself, Plisio handles it with invoices, an API and plugins for the common e-commerce platforms.
Who is Winna for? Crypto holders who play often and would rather get steady rakeback than one fat bonus. If that's you, read the current terms, set limits in Winna Cares, and only bet what you can afford to lose.
